Per questo motivo é obligatorio inviare passaporto o carta di identita fronte-retro almeno un giorno prima dell'arrivo. La tassa di soggiorno di 2.50 euro per notte a persona verrá richiesta prima dell'arrivo e si richiede gentilmente che venga pagata via bonifico o paypal. Al momento della prenotazione vi verrá mandato un messaggio automatico da booking con tutte le informationi e l'iban per il pagamento. La struttura richiede che gli si invii la ricevuta una volta effettuato il pagamento. Si richiede cortesemente di indicare in anticipo l'orario previsto di arrivo ed avvisare se si viaggia con animali domestici. Il check in si effettua a partire dalle 15.00 fino alle 23.00 e il check out a partire dalle 10.00.
